Once you’ve booked the meeting, you’ll want to book a room(s) at our lead hotel, the five star Grand Hotel Excelsior in Valletta, which is offering RF4 a special rate of €170/night single, €190/night double. They also have upgrade options. You can book your room(s) online here: Grand Excelsior RF4 Attendee code. In addition, we will be mailing you contact information for some awesome local trips and activities for spouses and or guests, as soon as it is available.
Once you are registered for the meeting and have your hotel, you’ll want to book your diving. Go to the tab: Diving Operations for instructions. We have a buffet of options for both tech diving, and recreational diving the week before and the week after the meeting. There will also be try-dives and equipment demos at the National Pool on Monday-Wednesday 17-19 APR—see Venues: National Pool Complex. We will notify you when the pool demo schedule is available.
And be sure to book your airline tickets at your earliest possible convenience, as airfares will likely go up.
